Getting around Bangkok

The BTS Skytrain and MRT subway cover most popular neighborhoods and are usually the fastest way to move around. For door-to-door rides, Bolt and Grab are the most common apps; both work well for short trips to gyms when it is hot or raining.

Where to stay

If you want easy access to gyms, stay near a BTS or MRT station in central areas like Phrom Phong, Thong Lo, Ekkamai, Asok, or Silom. Being on the BTS/MRT makes it easy to reach Stone Goat, Magnus, and Urban Playground without long taxi rides.
